Flatiron District Apartments

This busy part of the city is anchored by Union Square and Madison Square Park with a ton of activity going on each day. When there you can look for actual supermodels on “ladies mile” which is home to many top tier modeling agencies. Two famous eateries that you can miss if you travel there are Shake Shack, and Mario Batali’s Eataly. Be prepared for a long wait in line at either place but it’s worth it if you love burgers or italian food.

The Flatiron Building compete in 1902 is another architectural wonder which got its name for it’s resemblance to an actual clothes iron. They may convert the building into a luxury hotel in the coming years since it is one of the most photographed buildings in the city.

There are many retail shopping experiences here that are more mainstream such as Ann Taylor, The Gap, and Victoria Secrets. The Gershwin Hotel is a must see if you are a fan of artist Andy Warhol since the hotel is a tribute to him. Stop by the Museum of Sex if you are in the mood for a little fantasy with your tourist activities. It’s all 50 shades of fun!
